How correspondence is handled.
Messages are read in the order they arrive and answered as soon as the enquiry can be considered properly. We do not publish a guaranteed response time, because a considered answer sometimes requires reading material or thinking about a problem before replying. Where an enquiry needs more time, we will say so rather than send an empty acknowledgement.
Correspondence is conducted in English. Substantive discussions about scope, cost or technical direction are kept in writing so that both sides retain the same record.
If an enquiry falls outside what the practice does, we will say so plainly instead of proposing work that is unlikely to help. Unsolicited commercial offers and automated marketing messages sent to the published address are not answered.
